Joy School Initiative 2.0

The month of October is earmarked for the occasion, as, at this time, 98s babies had  just passed their biggest nightmare in 2013, which is PMR. Our beloved teachers  had planned many activities for us including mural painting lead by Kenji Chai, Anokayer & Nestwo, photo prop session with Orkibal,  and canvas painting for classes  in our school. They were all sponsored by Mondelez International.

A day before the activities began,  students who took part of this event gathered  in Bilik Seni for some speech from Mondalez International crew. The speech was given by the beautiful Kak Julie :D Everyone was really excited and we were really looking forward for the activities that will be held the next day.

After that, the students were divided into 3 groups- the first group did the mural painting, the second group did the photo prop, and the third group painted the canvas for every classes. The creative side of Melawati students were clearly shown when they, together with the professionals poured ideas to create the best graffitis to be painted on our school walls.

 On the 11th of October, the program started off with a speech from Kak Julie. Then, students are allowed to participate in activities such as canvas painting, photoprop-making,and graffiti painting. The students were actively participating, taking pictures and having fun.

SMK Taman Melawati students felt very honored to have this kind of event in our school. Proudly saying, our school was chosen as the first school ever to be hosting such program! We hope Mondelez International will sponsor again next year! hehe
